Windows installed incorrectly. Windows missing parts. Windows not caulked, trim destroyed. I was shocked to find that so much of my wooden window trim had been destroyed. Storm windows not hauled away. Windows won't latch. NO City PERMITS obtained. 5 people were to do the install in 2 days. A husband and wife showed up and took 5 days.

Ordered 08/11/10. Installation was Oct 2011. Cost was $5827. I paid in full at the end of the 5 day install and wrote a note on the form I signed stating that some of the windows were missing parts. If they had returned to repair them I was going to address my other issues! When I got tired of waiting I tried to contact them and the number was disconnected and the web sight was not there. I tried to contact a different Window Depot and got no response. The Saint Louis office was also gone. I then got a note from the city of Granite City Inspection Office saying that there were no permits issued for my new windows.
