C & F Race Cars

I paid [redacted] of C and F Race Cars $15,000 to do work on my 1936 Nash that was suppose to take 2 months and I got it back after 8 months not completed as told, also with burn holes in sheet metal, roll cage in the wrong place in front and behind the seat (I was never fit to the cage as promised),tack welds not ground off, motor location changed,roll cage tubes on front rame not correct (had to cut them off to get fenders in right location),brake pedal and steering column and fuel cell not installed, welding on rear-end housing not done, 4-link brackets not lowered, doors not put back on, etc. I E-mailed Mr. [redacted] about the problems and told him if I didn't hear back I would talk to an attorney,so I got a response back with alot of "lame" excuses! So I wrote him again and never heard anything back within a decent time frame, so I had a attorney write a letter to him that gave him 30 days to respond and did not hear a word from him in those 30 days! Now I filed a claim in conciliation court in Anoka county and am waiting to hear back. I thought that he would have said," [redacted] I'll drive right down and see what the problem is! Of course I never heard anything from him about this matter!Where is his "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!? I waited for about 35 yrs. to have a project for him do some work for me as he used to do "awesome" work, but I guess not anymore!!!! It's really sad that I have to do something like this to try to get this issue resolved!!
