We hired [redacted] Wood to do a rehab of our house. On the contract under the scope of work it lists:
Electrical - Update voltage, panels, and existing wiring
New 200 amp service with permit and new panel box
Estimate 40 openings for rewiring
[redacted] only hired the sub to update to the new service. The sub has the contract with [redacted] Wood that was only for the new voltage and panels. He pocketed the difference and never had the work done and never showed up to our appointment to show him the work that was not done.
