I purchased item on July 22nd. I was told item would be shipped 4-7 business days. When I hadnt received any information (tracking/shipping info, etc) I called and emailed. After over a week of several calls and emails, one person emailed me to say they just got there shipment in and would mail my item. They also were suppose to give me a tracking number. It is now Aug 7th, no item, they had my money since July 22nd, and no communication. I called consistently and left messages, I have emailed constantly with no replies. They took my money and have not mailed my item and will not communicate with me. I want my money back. I will try to call my bank today, but this is unexceptable!
