In may they were sent by the warranty company to repair my dishwasher. the technician said that they only thing wrong with the dishwasher was that the water supply was turned off to the dishwasher. this was not true because the problem with the dishwasher was that after a cycle the water would not drain out of the bottom of the dishwasher. the second time they came back out he said that the drain valve needed to be replaced. we never used it after he came the first time so it is impossible for us to have broken it after they came. they also tried to charge me another deductible which I already paid when they came the first time.
