And me keep the product.Business Response we do not owe a refund Mrs [redacted] ordered a headlamp for $65.00 when she received part she also wanted the park lamp which is sold separately. she called me and I told here they did not come together. I told her I could send other past for $35.00 more. She has not returned the headlamp she can send part back and I will give her a refund minus the shipping cost.All this lady ask for was a complete headlamp she did not not ask for park lamp. she also ask for a hood and grille at the same time. so if she knew that she need a parklamp why didn't she ask for one. if she wants a parklamp it is $30.00 more and I will ship her one. He took advantage of me because I am female and he thinks I am stupid. I did ask pricing on a hood and grill as well but he just keeps bringing that up as a ploy because he knows I specifically asked if it was the whole L shaped light assembly... I made a point to ask twice and then tell him I would call him back after I verified with ny husband and father that the price was fair. I have a witness to the phone call as well. [redacted] of [redacted]. This guy is just trying to get one over on me and The Revdex.com and my bank. I have spoke with many people that have only recieved part of or the wrong part from this junk yard. This junk yard owes me half my money back because I only got half my part. It was covered in mud as well.
