Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:the couch which is the damage merchandise was not sealed the sofa and the tables were sealed and still are the couch was not he is right I was not home my father was and he will testify as well as your delivery guys the couch was not sealed like he said and he told me since I had to wait for my couches longer than the usual I would get a white glove delivery then [redacted] called and said there was an issue and there would be different deliveries because one of the items was running behind on the delivery but not to worry it would be free of cost to me then [redacted] and [redacted] both called left message saying they actually got furniture together and they wanted to deliver and they did when I got home I called [redacted] and thats when he was rude and unprofessional I was upset my paid for furniture was damaged he said his words exactly I'm sorry I didn't call to tell you about the damages I have a lot on my head because he states his wife is sick I told him I have never had any issue with them they have always done me right I have spent thousands of dollars and this is the only issue I have had I understood he was going through a lot but that's not a reason to take it out on me a good cash paying customer that order was paid in full days after placing it and it might not seem like a lot to him like he said but it is to me and all this was heard by both witnesses so yeah feel free to call me you have my number you can call me right know I'm available or Friday I'm off and your guys had schedule an appointing already for Friday so let me know and as to the white glove ton and [redacted] both said I was getting it verbally Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: *** is completely lying and I have witnesses that have heard our conversations and he's the rude one not me I have requested more than once to speak to the owner and he has refused to let metals to him and to this date he has not called me *** did tryed calling me once he left a message and I return the call Sunday and I got a voicemail and left a message he knows I work at a hospital and have a crazy shift therefore I got to him and asked him to call me Sunday as he was open and didn't get a callI have witnesses that will talk to you in regards to both conversations me and *** had and he was really unprofessional and told me if he wanted to he could just not get things fix that's when I contacted you guys I had the call on speaker and everyone heard what I responded which was well If that's what u want not fix my damage couch which was paid for and you delivered damage knowing it was damage and fail to notify me or fix it I can get Revdex.com involve and my attorney I'm not saying I didn't give him attitude I did after he insulted me and treated me with disrespect I have bought a lot from him and the actual store *** and *** have been great till this purchase I never had an issue and would always send clients to them. Good Morning, I have given Miss [redacted] a call @ 9:54 am 5/20 No answer then called and spoke to her father asking her to give me a call back to start over and turn this situation into a positive result. I am awaiting her call I do understand she works at the hospital and her hours are sporadic. [redacted] GM

[redacted] purchase was made on 7/29/16.  I have attached a copy of the original invoice which clearly shows the 2 part numbers that were purchased to make a complete sectional as advertised on Craigslist:

I have also attached 2 separate pictures of the sectional layouts available for the Ashley Larkinhurst with the part numbers that make up each sectional.  The first picture consists of the 3190155 and 3190167 which are the 2 items [redacted] purchased.  The second picture consists of the 3190155 and 3190167 AS WELL AS the 3190146 Armless Chair which is available but was not purchased and is clearly not on the customers invoice.  The Armless Chair simply extends the sectional on 1 side by 1 cushion and is available for purchase for an additional $329, and we have offered it to [redacted] for a discounted price of $171.99 because of the confusion.  We also gave her free delivery which is regularly $69.95 in addition to a discount shown on the invoice.

We have tried to deal with this customer as stated on her invoice which she signed we are happy to deal with any warranty claim she may have as stated on her invoice we have to go through all steps through [redacted] to repair this item they do not just replace the item you must go through all...

the steps for warranty. This customer has been RUDE disrespectful leaving personal information about my wife on our stores phone for all employees to listen too, yelling cussing. We have tried to fix this problem a few times, after sending our repair guy out there he gave me the info I need to get this dealt with BUT again customer is not returning any of our calls to resolve this issue. If this customer does continue to be rude or leave in ANY comments on our phone or to any of our employees, We Will no longer asset this customer. Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting the response because: I initially called and they said they did not have the sectional in the ware house but did have a couch and loveseat to see. When I was there, and [redacted] was present during the initial visit, Sean H[redacted] said they did not have the sectional in the warehouse but did have a couch and loveseat that I could look at, feel and sit on so I know what I was getting. I stand by my initial story because I am not a liar and Sean is. He did say the armless chair was included in the sectional, no if's and's or but's. Sean is either trying to save his as or the company he works for. This is NOT good company business. They are trying to get more money for something that was suppose to be included per Sean. Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: Delivery driver broke our sofa leg. Company refused to correct this issue withan exchange or refund. After getting the run around; this company finally provided us with our invoice. They added on $200 for some warranty we never asked for or wanted! $200 for a $649.00 sofa? ?

Illegal practice. Bad business.Desired Settlement: Refund our $200 for your "warranty" we declined and the sales girl threw on anyway. Give us a complete; not broken sofa.

Previous General Manager was fired and customer was taken care of. We refunded the $200 charge they were disputing and allowed them to return their sofa set and choose a different brand new set. Customer was happy with our willingness to get them what they wanted.

Customer was refunded $200 for the fabric warranty and picked out and received a new sofa. Employee that caused the problems was released from the company.

Review: On 04/11/** I bought a King mattress set, Ashley Loveseat and Sofa. I took the Sofa and the bed set home that day. I was told that the Loveseat would be ordered and received within 2-3 weeks. It has now been a month and still no loveseat. I called on 05/04/** to see what the status of the loveseat was and was advised that there was a delivery just made so I would get a call back later I never received the call. So today 05/09/** I went into the store and was advised that it will be another 3-4 weeks maybe.Desired Settlement: I had asked for a refund of the loveseat $ 322.50 which is the price that I was charged. I was told NO. I then asked about a trade again was told NO just wait. I would like to have the sofa taken back and a refund of $ 715.00 given back as my settlement.

When customer initially purchased their furniture they were told loveseat would take 3-5 weeks for it to arrive if it was in stock and if the item was back ordered like hers was, it would take longer. Due to their situation we offered them a loaner loveseat to use while they were waiting for theirs to arrive and they denied it. Customer came in last week screaming at employees, intentionally trying to cause a scene to put off customers who were shopping in the store. She asked to return all of her items, I told her we have a "NO RETURN" Policy as stated on her copy of the invoice. I offered her a refund for the loveseat and she refused my offer. Not once was there made mention of a trade. I would have been more than happy to satisfy that request. I exhausted every avenue I had to try to satisfy this customer. Her item is no longer on back-order and will be here in roughly two weeks. If she would like to trade for another set we are open to that. However as per our company policies we will not give her a refund on her special order. In the event that Mrs. [redacted] has any issues with the furniture she has purchased we will honor any manufacturers warranties as long as she can speak to us in a respectable and professional manner.

Today is May XX XXXX and I still do not have my loveseat that was paid for back on [redacted] XX XXXX. This company has NEVER offered a refund or even accepted to trade the set. They have had my money as it was paid for in full and not been delivered yet. I have another week and it will be 2 months since I paid for this furniture. All I want is either my money back or a complete set of Ashley sofa and loveseat that is comparable to what I have already paid for.
