I [redacted] personally went to the clients home this morning August 8th, 2015 to evaluate the work that had been done as well as the miscommunication. Even though the Mexican Fan Palm tree required the same or more pruning as the Queen Palms, and the price was quoted to his wife at the same price as the Queen Palms. I felt the best way to handle the situation was to offer the client a refunded amount, which he accepted. I hope this shows my continued effort to be an upstanding company with the Revdex.com and my customers.

I employed [redacted] to do a list of landscape activities in both my zero-scape front and backyard as well as supply new planters that fit a certain dimension.

He required that I give him money upfront to cover the pots as they had to supposedly be 'special ordered' and were coming from Mexico. I gave him a check for

2500.00 and had to call many times to find out when the pots and his men were going to arrive to transplant my existing grasses and cacti into the pots as well

as clean up several hedges, bamboo, a fence line, and fertilize. Initially, he gave me a certain price that was reasonable and then another that included way

more than he actually provided. I never had an actual breakdown of price, just a scribbled estimate of what it would entail. Three weeks later he appears with

pots, soil, fertilizer, and about 15 small grass plants, as well as rocks to beef up my existing ones. The bill came to 6000.00 which I did not agree upon as he

did not provide half the work about which we had initially spoken. For instance, he did not supply a large decorative urn filled with rosemary or replace the

grasses with some flowing choice he had in mind. Nor did he replace the cacti in the other pots as discussed; instead, we reused what was there, culling out

what was not ideal. He spoke to assisting the watering stations and straightening out the turf in the front yard which was very bungled. None of that was done.

I had to call him after the job was finally completed and he stood me up for 2 appointments. And, upon completion of the job, he chased me down the same

day for the money. There was neither a contract nor a bill....just a final number. I inquired as to the origin of the pots hoping to discover their actual price. I

checked around for soil, rock, and grass prices and there is no possible way that the job totaled the amount charged. He was NOT going to leave my front

steps until I paid him. He became adamant about that.
