[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Assumed Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:1) The path of resolution has never been in questionThe issue is the repeatedly pushed back and poorly communicated time-table, which Mo-Kan blames on the HOAAt the time the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com, neither myself or the HOA had any information from Mo-Kan that the repair would be completed within 3-weeks (by 7/10).2) The resolution should include: - A specific date by which the repairs are to be completed (not a vague range)- The repair should be clearly defined as replacing both plexiglass panels, as they must be uniform in appearanceI have agreed to pay for the materials of the second panel, despite the replacement being necessitated by the damage.3) I do not agree the existing plexiglass panels are "home made" as stated by respondentNot only does this statement have no impact on the damage caused by Mo-Kan, but isn't substantiated beyond conjecture.4) The crack is in excess of 10-12" in length, not the 3-4" inches as stated by respondent.I appreciate the respondent's comments and see willingness to remedyThat said, the proposed solution lacks specifics and also includes language meant to diminish the damageWhile the damage isn't substantial, it is still damage for which the respondent is responsible Regards, [redacted]

We have never not agreed to take care of itI actually was at a meeting with the board president for the HOA on tuesday the 6th and informed her we would be doing Mr *** repair at the same time we will be reroofing the Association club houseThe reason for that being is the decking that is on Mr
*** roof has a 1'' poly- iso insulation board attached and is special order and we have to order a certain quantity to get it shipped and the order has been placed for the materialWe should be able to have it taken care of for him in the next 3-weekIt does have a small 3-4'' crack in the plexiglass and at the time we all agreed it was to cold to address it and we would get it taken care of when the timing was rightThe piece of plexiglass is a homemade skylight on the screened in porch that is not leaking or causing any damage so I thought Mr *** was aware of the decking situation and with the Association doing the clubhouse and we would be waiting on that deckingPlease let me know if you need anything else Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:1) The path of resolution has never been in question. The issue is the repeatedly pushed back and poorly communicated time-table, which Mo-Kan blames on the HOA. At the time the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com, neither myself or the HOA had any information from Mo-Kan that the repair would be completed within 3-4 weeks (by 7/10).2) The resolution should include: - A specific date by which the repairs are to be completed (not a vague range). - The repair should be clearly defined as replacing both plexiglass panels, as they must be uniform in appearance. I have agreed to pay for the materials of the second panel, despite the replacement being necessitated by the damage.3) I do not agree the existing plexiglass panels are "home made" as stated by respondent. Not only does this statement have no impact on the damage caused by Mo-Kan, but isn't substantiated beyond conjecture.4) The crack is in excess of 10-12" in length, not the 3-4" inches as stated by respondent.I appreciate the respondent's comments and see willingness to remedy. That said, the proposed solution lacks specifics and also includes language meant to diminish the damage. While the damage isn't substantial, it is still damage for which the respondent is responsible.
