C & H Trash Service

C & H Trash Service has removed trash from my rural home for over one year. Since 10 March 2014 they have not fulfilled their service obligation for which they have been paid ($25/month for weekly trash removal)(I have record of the cashed check). I have spoken with the owner via phone five times in the past three weeks and have been given five days they would be on site. I have given them my address three times (they have been doing this for over one year). They have not removed my trash to date (7 April 2014). This means three scheduled days and five verbally scheduled days for a total of eight days. This is unacceptable. It's not worth it to go after them legally for $25.00 but I do not recommend anyone ever utilize them.
