Dear [redacted], I am writing this letter in regards to Complaint ID# [redacted] from [redacted]. As soon as I received your first notice of complaint I immediately contact my [redacted] manager regarding the issue. He was not aware of the problem. We discussed and he called [redacted] and made...
arrangements to pick up the tractor and resolve the issue. There is question as to whether the repair is a manufacturer defect and will be covered by warranty. However even if not covered we commit to working with customer to resolve the issue to his satisfaction. Review: I purchased a [redacted] bx 25 d from ch waltz [redacted] pa last march. It has a two year waranty still in effect. I have not used the tractor much at all. When I went to take mower deck off noticed fan that cools transmission was missing all its fins. I then checked online ensured I had two year coverage. Then I called dealer,they were friendly but told me it was not covered and that I must have done it some how. No offer was made at all to resolve issue. I then got back online and this is a known problem with this tractor and some folks get it fixed under warantie some don't. Even a break on the repair cost would be a help. Not just sorry see ya.Desired Settlement: Dealer fixes the fan under warranty or at least shares in majority of cost.
