My roommate and I were emailed a renewal form with a different lease end date than what our landlord is telling us now.
My roommate and I were emailed a rent renewal form that stated our lease ended July 28th. I then received a phonecall saying that our lease ends July 25th. We are not prepared to move out by the 25th and ** Hamilton and Associates is not taking responsibility for this incorrect date that was sent out.
When I contacted ** Hamilton and Associates I was treated with great disrespect. I was yelled at and told this was my fault. I had spoke to both [redacted] and [redacted]. Both were very rude and disrespectful.
