C I Overhead Door Company

CI Overhead Door was contracted to move a call box for a gate entering our community. The work was completed and paid for in full. We then started experiencing failures with the gate, homeowners were locked out due to no power at the call box. We called the company back asking for service on the box. Took him extended trips and phone calls by him to another company to figure out the problem. We were told it was a board in the box, which he then ordered, installed, and we paid for in full. We continued to have issues with the call box losing power and people locked out. Called him several times since, they came out and declared the problem solved. It is still failing sporadically and then will start working again even if no one touches the unit. We have been told they are done and it is fixed. Now no response from them for our phone calls.
