Hello,The customer attempted to place an order for $on our website on 11/28/The order did not go through and nothing was chargedThere were temporary authorizations for $eachBecause the credit card was issued in China, the authorizations took longer to drop off and we were not able to manually reverse themWe spoke with the customer on 2/and emailed a letter to send to the bank requesting them to reverse the authorizationsNo further action needs to be taken.Thanks

Our customer had an issue with several pairs of shoes that had fallen apartThe shoes were manufactured in or thereabouts, and are no longer under warrantyShe had previously been offered a coupon for 30% off a future purchase, but was not agreeable to that solutionOur representative explained why the issue had occurred with her shoes, and offered to replace two (2) of the pairs at no charge, as a one-time courtesyThe customer agreed, and will contact our representative directly to order her replacement pairs
Hello,We issued a refund to the customer for the 2nd pair of shoes that were not receivedIn addition, we are sending her a new pair of shoes of her choosing since the original pair is not in stockWe spoke with her earlier today and this is now resolved.Thanks
We called the customer today and placed a new order for a different shoe that we have in stockThe price was reduced to a number that we both agreed onThis situation is now resolved.Thanks

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here INCREDIMAIL is offering me a free year subscription to their premium product..They have to be kidding I would never have anything to do with this company They never did fix my problem which has been my on going complaint since Sept [redacted] 2015... Ever since they tried to fix my computer I have been scammed with many phone calls One such phone call was asking me to get into my computer so they could return the fee they charged me... I did open my computer which was a big mistake When I realized what was happening I turned off the computer right away their statement was they could not refund any money under two thousand dollars They wanted me to send them a money order for the two thousand dollars minus the and then they would reimburse me the remaining amount When I told them they were crazy if they thought I would do something like that They began swearing at me That was just one of the many phone calls I received they continued to call me many of times after that I did contact my credit card company but it is a third party card and they could not do anything about the situation I have tried everything to get my money back, but so far I have been very unsuccessful in getting anything back.
