A check was mailed in the amount of $check # *** on 8/22/as an oversight on my part in not getting the check out at the beginning of the week. After the discussion with *** *** on the telephone, we decided to go ahead and send him the check for the tire repair to his mower.
We at C&J strive to pick up as many nails as we possibly can with having the best magnet there is however, there are times when a few maybe missed. Even though this nail is not a nail that we use, we felt it would be best to pay this bill due to the inconvenience *** *** had in getting this repaired.Thank you,C&J Roofing, LLC

Customer notified us that roof was leaking at bottom edge of roofWe sent crew out to look at , and they determined there may have been a screw loose but they went over ll the screws anyways , just to be sureThey took several pictures and showed to me , and I then determined that was a
condensation due to ventilation issue issue, along the bottom edge of roof when the cold air met heated interior, as there were literally water droplets hanging on bottom of metalThe edge of the previous metal roof had deteriorated and allowed air to come in at a rate that kept this from happening.Due to the construction of the wall framing , at this location , there is no way to ventilate the soffits, which would also be a way to take care of this issue, and I went over this with him as wellWe were unaware of him having any issues prior to thisI told him his options were to insulate attic floor and gave him an estimate for this work , as well as we removed the foam filler strips along bottom eave of roof , to allow more air flowThis was late january /february of .after advising him of options and costs, he said he was going to insulate himself ,rather than pay us to do, which we were fine withToday, at end of day , I received a message to call him, which is the first time he has called or contacted us , in any way , since last year , when we were out and I went over this with himWe stand behind our work , however we cannot force customers to make the needed changes to their homes , when we install roof systems as to new specifications vs old ways of doing things. With the new metal roof install , there was a gutter apron , metal trim , like an oversized drip edge , installed at eaves, which closed off the areas that previously had a gap of about inches or soDue to us making the house more airtight , and his attic floor not being insulated, all of the heated air from below ,rises up along walls and meets the cold air along bottom of roof, which causes condensationWe even offered to staple up a plastic vapor barrier to bottom of rafters , the last time we were there , last year , at time of going over options , to which he also said , that he would be able to take care of that himself. I will stand behind all of this , with multiple witnesses, to the facts stated, along with the fact , that apparently , he didnt do as I advised , and now that he has turned on his heat again , the problem is recurringSo , now , instead of calling me and giving me time to return his call , he has ,instead decided to persue making myself and my company look bad by posting this , rather than doing as we discussed.We have installed thousands of roofs and maintain a less than 4% callback rate , to which we always stand behind our work, and have been doing so since I will gladly come out and go over the options with him , again ,but I will not perform work that's needed to alter his home to suit the new roofing system , for freeThis kind of issue happening is fairly rare, but with older homes , such as this home of over years old, when you change thing , you often have to change others to accommodate the new

I received one phone call from [redacted] , according to my caller ID, the message I got was the day this complaint was filedI actually had the message in my To do notes for the day , when I opened up the complaint onlineIm not sure what number you are calling , but I am prepared to submit my phone records as proof that this is the only call that I have received about this since last winterIs why I was taken off guard by having a complaint filed against me and my company, as this is the first that we have been notified of a leak since last winterIf you want me to come down and look at this , I gladly will , but there is no reason to leave one message then to submit a complaint to the Revdex.comI had the message and once a complaint is filed the Revdex.com procedure , that I am aware of , is to come to an agreement , prior to me contacting the customer directlyMy cell number directly is [redacted], if you feel as if you are having a hard time reaching me, this goes directly to me , but if I dont answer , you need to leave a message so I know to return your callI feel as if this complaint was way pre mature as I had only just received the very first message about this issue , on the same date as the complaint was filed , and yes, that is a little disheartening to see that I wasnt even given a chance to look at it before you filed this?

I had this company put siding on my house. Some siding is repeatedly coming off. Company does not answer phone or return calls. Siding was guaranteed. Also caulking of seams not done. Promised to paint porch not done.
