Business states that the pending issues are still currently being addressed Business has been out there attempting to complete the services as soon as possible(weather permitting)Hopefully, these issues get completed by the 15th of this month as the paint may need to be touched up at the end of the process

Business states that the concrete was not poured in the rainThe rain did come at in the morning causing the issues at handBusiness would like to set up an appointment in person to try and resolve the matter

I got a message today saying that the complaint has been resolved. Maybe I misunderstood, but I thought it would remain open to see if he completed by the 15th. The concrete is still not done and is nowhere near completion. Please advise me as to whether or not the claim is still open

My concern is whether or not his completion will be to a high enough standard.  We will give until the 15th.

Review: I hired this company to work on my property and the concrete work was not done properly. There were multiple delays when the contractor would not show up to work and when he did show up the work still not completed in a professional manner. He damaged a pipe while laying concrete which was never fixed because he stopped responding to my phone calls. I went ahead and fixed the pipe myself and asked for receipts for the payments made to him back in April and to this day have not received them. I have tried numerous times to call him and have the person who recommended his services contact him in order to obtain receipts to no avail. Yesterday I was finally able to reach him to communicate to him that I would have to resort to contacting the Revdex.com if I was not given receipts and he replied via text and stated that contacting the Revdex.com was what I should do.Desired Settlement: I would like a receipt for payments made to him upwards of $9,500.
