I bought a [redacted] sight and it had two broken sight pins I tried calling to get a replacements I was told ok we will replace the tey sent me fiberoptic line I called back and told them I needed the sight pin and was told to bad . I waited to see if the archery shop could resolve the problem an I was told to emil [redacted]. when I did I was told they would take care of the problem and apoliged for the past experience. I had other questions and was told in three days they would get back to me and they did not. I have been writing them and have not heard a word I spent alot of money on the sight and would like it to work as it should. I even told them I would buy them if I had to because I just need to have it functioning properly. This has been going on for almost a year I thought they were going to finaly take care of the problem
