We did fix the problem and this is Resolved.

I brought my 2002 Ford Expidition to C and M tires to have four tires put on. My truck has air suspention and before jacking the truck up at any time their is a switch for the air suspention that has to be turned off before jacking it up and then turned back on..After driving the truck three or four times the truck slowly began lowering in the back, then evenually lowered all the way and will not go back up. I called the shop and asked the employee that answered the phone what would happen if my truck having air suspention was jacked up without the air suspention switch turned off and he told me exactly what happened to my truck. I was told to bring my truck back to the shop and I did. At that time the employee that did the work on my truck said to another employee " There is air suspention on this truck?", while I was standing there and Mike the other ermployee took him outside and showed him where the switch was. After calling the owner [redacted] the next day, I was told " Im fighting with my [redacted] wife right now, let me check into this and ill get back to you. I waited 4 days then called back and [redacted] then told me "that it was not his problem, the switch was turned off and back on and he will not fix it and call a lawyer ". Not to mention his employee Mike also told me that the other employee didnt ask him the question, nor did he take him outside and show him where the switch was..I just hung up on him at that time knowing they were probly told what to say by the owner so he wouldnt have to fix my truck. The owner [redacted] was not there when the work was done. He took me for a ride in his car and when we got back my truck was done.. I am 50 years old and disabled, I know this man personally and he know I dont have money to get an attorney. I use to live with his deseaced sister and he also knows that I am disabled and could not afford this. I am also raising my five year old granddaughter and must have a vehicle to bring her back and forth to school as well as other things.. She had to miss the last two days of school before spring break. I several doctor appointments because of this..I have called several mechanics as well as ones at the Ford garage and was told this is just way too much of a coincidence for it to be anything but what I know did and did not happen..
