When I signed up with credit team usa I was originally told that I would receive a weekly update on the status of efforts to fix my credit. After the first week. The person in charge of handeling my account left for about 3 weeks and diddn't bother to tell her clients, or at least she didn't tell me. When I tried calling the only reponse I could get from anyone was that she was "unavailable". After speaking to the manager [redacted] he was supposed to take over handeling my account and told me that updates would be and should be monthly. If I had known that I wouldn't have signed up. This is after they took several hundred dollars as initial payment.

Over the last few months the monthly update has gone from every 4 weeks, to 5 weeks, and now we are almost at 7 weeks since my last update. It has been 2 weeks since I even received a reponse to an inquiry about the status of my account. Meanwhile I am still being billed a month access fee. This company steals your money, and decreases the responses to an entirely unaccetable level considering that a response/update is a large part of the service being paid for. They are completely unresponsive, and have not porovided the service promised.
