I went in www [redacted] com on 4/18/14 & purchased 2 packs of [redacted] Brazilian Remy hair in 10s & 530 color. I called 516-302-3612 when I placed my order on 4/18/14 & was told by a male that they don't have the hair in stock & that they will have it by Tues 4/21/14. I emailed several times & called several times to see about my order I left several messages & no one has gotten back to me. I went online on Fri 4/25/14 to see if my order was shipped & it said my order was awaiting fulfillment so I looked up the address to top hair wig & I got a different number & I called & I spoke again to the same male & he stated again my order will go out on Monday & I should receive the hair by that Thurs or Fri. I went online again 4/29/14 to see if my order was shipped & it stated again awaiting order fulfillment so I called [redacted] & spoke to the same male & I just asked for a refund & I asked for my order to be cancelled he stayed that my order will be can called right away & I should see the refund on my card by 5/2/14 I went online 4/30/25 to see if they changed the status from awaiting fulfillment to can called & it still states awaiting fulfillment. Im filing a complaint because I just want my money back it'd been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order.
