Things went really fast and smooth

Mr.Perdomo and his staff provided quality service when I arrived to his officeThey were very hands on by assisting me in my journey of searching for an apartmentsMr.perdomo and his staff were very polite and professional they accommodated me based on my needs and I was able to get approved for an apartment in a timely manner

Moved into an apartment on *** ***Beautiful apartment, moved in with the help of Chris PerdomoExcellent serviceVery professional and very quickI would recommend his service ! And he is very kind

Chris is an excellent broker. He assisted me with finding an apartment within my budget, in a nice neighborhood. I work as a housing specialist, finding apartments for homeless men and he assisted me by finding beautiful apartments for my clients. my clients have LINC, SEPS and section 8 vouchers. He also helped my clients who do not have voucher find apartments within their budgets. Chris conducts a credit check, however he assisted my clients who did not have perfect credit as well. I recommend him to many people because he provides great service.

Excellent service!! First I have to say that Rosaly the receptionist was very friendly and gave me a very clear explanation of all the documents I needed. Chris found a one bedroom apartment big and affordable for me and one for my mother, on a great location and excellent price, the only bad thing is the waiting time you have to be very patient, we waited for a period of three month but I can say that the waiting was worthy. I’ve been leaving in my apartment for eight month already and I have not complains.

I had an amazing experience with Perdomo and Associates from the beginning process until the end. Jessie their administrative assistant who is the face and voice of their operation, from first phone call to seeing your potential place she is with you ever so helpful and full of positive energy. Her love for helping people find homes is pure and makes the experience bareable. The turn around time is also amazing I had my new place in about a month. Finally I have to say that Chris P[redacted]s a very knowledgable and well rounded broker. He knows his stuff and you can count on him to provide you with places within your income levels. If I ever move again within the BX region I will surely use them again.

In our case, when my partner and I went to the office we had all the documents they asked for. After they have all the documents they need then they schedule a day to view apartments with the broker.
Two days after submitting our documents we went to view apartments. We gave them specific requirements and we only viewed apartments which met our needs. That same day we liked one of the apartments they showed us. They submitted our application to the landlord and one week later we were told our application was accepted. Chris Perdomo, who is the broker, went with my partner and I to sign the lease and he walked us through all the documents. He then drove us to the apartment to pick up the keys from the super and to inspect the apartment. Overall, I was pleased with the experience.
You should know that they do charge 15% of a year's rent as their fee. This fee is only refundable if your application is denied by landlord. If landlord accepts your application and then you decide you don't want it then they keep the broker's fee or the month of deposit, I actually don't remember which. Regardless, they tell you that upfront so make sure if you like an apartment and tell them to submit your application that you are actually ready to take it. Some other brokers only charge one month of rent. The fee was something we had to consider, but ultimately we were confident they had enough listing available that I would find an apartment I liked without wasting my time. The only negative experience was waiting about an hour on the day to view apartments until Chris got to the office. I would have rather to be told a more realistic time to be at the office than to wait for them to arrive. However, once I was viewing apartments with Chris and Leslie I never got rushed and they allowed me to walk through the apartments and speak with my partner. I appreciated that.
Both Chris and the staff working with him were professional and attentive to our needs. They were easily accesible via text, email, and phone during business hours. I had a good experience here. Chris assisted me infinding an apartment and was very pleased with service he provided. I had a program and he help to find an apartment that accept my program The young lady in the office worked very fast and she was very nice and professional.

You may have to wait a bit in the office, but his staff is friendly and my new apartment was worth the wait.

Everyone was warm, friendly, and professional. Great apartment listings in surrounding Bronx area. I have recommended to friends and family and will continue to in future.

Extremely unprofessional. Chris showed me an apartment that he was not allowed to rent out. I was excited and signed the agreement right away and left a $500 deposit. Once he found out that the management company would not rent the apartment out he did not give me back my money. He proceeded to try to show me other apartments. When I refused the apartment he got upset and said he would not give me back my 400 deposit. Very unpleasant experience. Would not recommended this broker to anyone.

I had a good experience with C. Perdomo & Associates, LLC

Things went really fast and smooth.

C. Perdomo realty was professional and helpful from start to finish. From the moment I walked into their agency door, I was greeting with a smile and respect. Never once did I feel like I was just a client, but that I was treating as a friend. They were courteous in each step of the apartment finding process, they worked with my budget and any deficits I had and showed me apartments that worked within those confines. Each member of the C. Perdomo realty team was very accommodating to me, helped me to find an apartment that was in my budget and request, along with continued to follow up with me daily to see if I had any additional questions or concerns, if I needed anything. I would recommend them if your looking for an apartment.
