We spoke with Mr * about late arrival. Mr * said no problem. We arrived at 2:30 am. He charged our card for 2 night sold our room & said its our prob
We spoke with Mr * about late arrival on May 24th. Mr * said no problem he would charge our card and we just needed to sign once we arrived. We told Mr * we were coming from ATL for furneral services and this was around 7-9 pm so very much was going to be a late arrival. We arrived at 2:00 am expecting a room. Mr * said that we didn't have a room because we didn't answer his text message to call. So he sold our room but told us he didn't change our card. He charged our card for 2 night sold our room & said its our problem. Mr * was very very rude and was yelling at us about our problem. We had to leave FL and drove to AL to find a room. I'm a business owner so I knew he could reverse the charge right then because I've done it. But the fact that he said he hadn't charge the card and that it was our fault that we didn't have a room was insane.He lied to us and offered no service nor did he accept any responsibility. MR * IS A VERY GOOD EXAMPLE OF HOW BAD SERVICE HAS BECOME ON THIS INDUSTRY. I would like my money back for the hour that I had to find another hotel in another state. IT COST COST US $40 extra a night plus the additional gas cost.
