[redacted] ***, I do apologize for the lack of timely communication regarding your new roof projectThere is no doubt that there is room for improvement in this areaAs we restructure our internal systems and people, we have experienced some issues that we are solving as we speakLast we I contacted you personally to inform you of the progress on your roof systemAt that time 85% of the roof was completed, the gutters and downspouts were installed, the grounds were clean and any and all extra materials and trailers were removedWe are currently awaiting that addition customs metal from our supplier NuRay to complete your projectKaitlin has confirmed today, that we expect the materials to be available for us to pick up on Thursday of this weekOnce they are available, we will pick them up and deliver them directly to your homeOn Monday, we can complete your new roof! CRBoger Construction was informed that there were several issues with the cleafter the job was completed on roughly April 15th [redacted] informed us that there was debris from the roof all over her front and backyard, during the tear-off some of the debris covered her hot tub, scratched her BBQ and her lights were never re-attached to the gutterWe immediately scheduled a supervised clewith our Roofing Manager, the installers and Ms***This appointment was scheduled for that very same week at a time that was best for Ms***She did not show for this appointmentWe proceeded to clean and inspect the other issues without her presenceWe do not attach Christmas lightsIt was confirmed that the BBQ was scratchedAfter cleaning we attached the lights although that is not something that we normally do and decided that we would replace her BBQBecause Ms [redacted] wasn’t home we could not let her know in person what our plan was nor could we confirm that the other issues were addressed to her likingWe reached out several times after the cleaning so that we could make arrangements to remove her old BBQ and replace it with a new oneAfter several messages we decided to wait for her to respondShe did reach out to us in June about the BBQ issue and so we called her backYet again we had no luck contacting her and no calls were returnedWe did not notice that the lights were broken when we re-attached them

[redacted] Thanks for meeting with me at your home to discuss your concernsAfter inspecting the roof we met and went over the findings of my evaluationI agree that their are some areas on your roof that need to be addressedI am happy to make those repairsThose repairs will be completed this week on Tuesday 10/and Wednesday 10/Additionally, we went over the findings on the chimneyAs per the pictures I have shown you, the entire chimney needs to be rebuilt from the roof line upIt is currently allowing water into the homeThe crown is completely gone and the bricks are cracked clean throughIf this is something that is not in the budget at this time, I would be happy to have our technician install a tarp around it to keep the water out as best as possible Our goal is to build roof systems that last a lifetime!!!! Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:We were never on any schedule It TOOK FOUR YEARS TO GET MY ROOF FINISHED The only confirmation of one appoint was the last one which was AFTER my complaints to the Revdex.com were filed I have a message on my answering machine to confirm Kevin wanting me to help him out 'with the Revdex.com situation.' And this is after several attempts where they failed to make scheduled appointments AND WOULD JUST SHOW UP UNANNOUNCED AND GET ON TOP OF MY HOUSE Kevin even bragged about firing the guy who was out here initially several years ago who wrongly diagnosed our leakage issue after they had torn off and replaced our roof...the leak was he reason we agreed to the $7,(over $10,after financing) investment in our home, sparing my husband the labor to do it IT'S WHY WE HIRED A COMPANY TO DO IT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ROOFING EXPERTSI have been in contact with our financing company who paid CR Boger for our roof and dropped the dime to them about what a snake in the grass company CR Boger is NO ONE SHOULD BE LETTING THIS COMPANY NEAR THEIR HOME I have damage in the ceiling of my bathroom that I cannot afford to fix right now and is being held together with paint If there is a class action lawsuit to join into I will No one should have to have the expensive and stressful experience that I have had with these guys YELP is covered with negative reviews ( but it's under C &R Boger in Kent, WA an ) and shame on me for not doing my homework Sincerely, [redacted] ***

All the service items have been taken care of WE are currently working on getting the fireplace issued resolved I went out and met with the customer If the fireplace insert can no t be repaired to customers satisfaction it will be replaced

This roof repair was completed Mr [redacted] was on the install schedule but filed this complaint even though he was on the schedule It was completed on the scheduled date

On Tuesday, March 7, 2017, Mike C [redacted] (C [redacted] ) called and then showed up at the house with an official bank check written on [redacted] in the amount of $3,(three thousand nine hundred sixty four dollars) to satisfy the refund of the deposit check He paid an extra $to cover bank fees This was not something we expected nor requested When we deposited the check at [redacted] ***, we asked the teller to contact the local [redacted] to confirm the validity of the check given our problems with C R Boger and Mike I'm hopeful this matter has now been resolved for us I would not trust Mike in any of his other business dealings Thank you for your quick response to this matter It is gratifying to know we (consumers) have the benefit of your services [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have now had a chance to talk to the company owner And we talked through some of the issues We agreed to cancel the contract with full refund of deposit Details will be discussed in a call Friday I don't want to consider the complaint closed until that call and deposit is refunded Sincerely, [redacted]

I have received a refund of my deposit and the remodel contract with CR Boger is canceled This took days after agreement with the owner and two drives to Kent to pickup a check on September 30th I require no further assistance The Revdex.com status you recognize this company with is unwarranted and detracts from the Revdex.com organization

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, so long as they complete the work in a timely fashion I'd assume it would reasonable to allow a month for the work to be completed - two weeks for materials and two weeks to schedule and complete the remaining half day of work If the work is not completed by January 15th then I will reopen my complaint.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We strictly adhere to the national do not call listIf the customer requested no calls we would also add him to our internal dnc list

Im checking into this matter I know that the trim the customers wanted is not available thru [redacted] until Oct I was of the understanding my sales and production team was in contact with the customer I will contact the customer by phone and schedule a meeting
