I usually don't review companies when they provide us with service, unless either they are very bad or very good. With this company We had a great positive experience from the first call, the thech they dispatched to our house (Jose) was very polite and knowledgeable. After dealing with 3 diferent techs from other companies not finding our problems and all of them always pushing for a new system, Jose was able to find the problem in 30 minutes! And was able to give us an honest estimate and very reasonable price for repairs. He did performed the repairs and our constant problems of years disappeared ! I strongly recommend CR for your refrigeration needs, as per me and my family this are my go guys from now on.

I own a few businesses, a liquor store being one of them. Been in the liquor industry for 13+ years, coolers break down, ac and heating issues, and plenty of problems with my ice machine. I've been through dozens of companies trying to resolve all these issues through the years. A good friend of mine referred me to CRcustom services couple years ago and I've been a customer ever since. Up to date, they have repaired my ice machine, both my walk-in coolers, and our central air. Haven't had any issues since the repairs. Great coverage on warranties and I appreciate a company that follows up with their customer. I have gotten great customer service from them.
