In response to Mrs. [redacted]'s statements that I was rude is also wrong. She called me and requested her money back. I told her we don't do refunds and it is also printed on the certificate that she was given. She insisted on her money being refunded. I told her "let me see what I can do for you". After telling her that, she really began to get angry and started cussing at me and saying really bad words. I was driving at this time and I told her I would call her when she calmed down.
Later that day I called her back and I told her I would never force her to take something she didn't want and I offered her money back at that time. She did start crying, but that was the time she began cussing at me. That was the moment I told her I was going to call her back after she had time to calm down.
She agreed and said she would go to my studio the next day to pick up the refund. But she never came to my studio.

Review: EXTREMELY PUSHY, RUDE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I was doing my christmas shopping when I was approached by a women with a large bowl filled with paper I told her no and that I was in a hurry she said picking one wouldn't hurt so I thought if I grab one real fast she'll leave me alone NOPE, I got a paper for a "free" 16X20 the woman was ecstatic telling me "you got the biggest one free free free" I said I wasn't interested and needed to get to work but she followed me toward the door thinking I would never get rid of her I accepted the offer, she grabbed a certificate paper and asked me for my card saying we would only have to pay a 15 dollar sitting fee I asked if we could pay when we came in and she said refused and said "today only" well a couple days ago I noticed I was charged 30 dollars so when I called I was told I wouldn't be getting a refund despite the woman crossing off the part that says no refund and wrote paid next to. this man [redacted] was incredibly rude to me, made me cry, and told me everything I was told was wrong. on the paper they gave me it has hours on it for fri. sat. sun. but I was told they are open during the week one of the only reasons I kept it for this long, so upon telling [redacted] I work EVERY weekend and wouldn't be able to do it he said NO hung up on me and then turned his cellphone off which is also there business phone... EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL.!!!Desired Settlement: I would just appreciate an apology with my $31.53.

Review: I was promised a professional edited photo by the business. I was asked to come in to take advantage of a daily special they were having.so I went in payed the cost then was mislead to believe I would recieve it that day. Had to return the following weekend and was told that I couldnt get the picture If I dont buy a full expensive package. well they lied to me. I speifically remember them saying you will recieve your item weather or not I purchase a package or not. This was their way of retaliating against me for justing wanting what I rightfully payed for instead falling into their trap of buying additional photos.Desired Settlement: to honor what I payed for and what they promised
