Rick called - I had spoken to this customer this past weekend, I told him I would get him a whole new car (could take a week or two), don't get the work doneI asked him to call Monday 11/as that is the day I go to the auction, I have not heard from himI was trying to take care of this guy, then he filed this complaint

Revdex.com spoke with the business who advised that the vehicle was sold as is However the business did repair the struct issue consumer came in with A few weeks later the consumer returned and business was still willing to work with her Two different mechanics advised the vehicle was repairable Due to consumer behavior toward company's mechanic he requested the vehicle be removed and repaired elsewhere Last that the business was aware they are waiting on consumer mechanic to complete repairs The consumer was given another option,of returning this vehicle and coming with the taxes for a new vehicle not to exceed $

Phone response - I have a text conversation with the son saved, where he agreed that he was going to get items fixed by his mechanic, and I am going to deduct that from the billI just need him to provide me a receipt so I know how much

I had contacted the Revdex.com back in July of regarding my jeep grand Cherokee Laredo that was repossessed by c ray auto sales I have provided all information that was need that showed he had no rights to do so I then received message that the case was closed now I'm contacting the Revdex.com again because I need the help to get my vehicle back or my money back I have my title to my car and there are no liens recorded on my title so I have owner ship of the vehicle he had no rights to have my car repossessed I can have all the information faxed over please contact me back I would either like all my money back or the vehicle back in my possession

I paid for a warranty ($200) as it shows on the attached paperwork, then Cars Protection Plus sent a letter stating the payment was returned from the bankSo don't say I didn't have a warrantySo you stole an extra $You should take this vehicle back and give me my money I have enclosed all the repairs I had to do to a newly inspected vehicle ( should not have passed).

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I went out of town at the end of July, right after I had first brought the car in for evaluation I contacted Rick when I got back (on August 9th) in which I called him and he responded with a text message stating "Ali said part did not come in yet He will let me know when they do." I never heard anything after this from Rick in regards to the sensors being delivered to them I sent a text message to Rick on August 31st stating "Rick - I still have not heard from anyone in regards to the sensors that were supposed to be ordered and replaced in my Mariner It's now been a month since I brought it in for the repair (that was supposed to be done before I even got the car)." I received no response from Rick on this message My biggest issue here is that he sold me the car illegally with the parking brake assembly missing from the right rear of the vehicle I would like to sort this out with the company by having what needs to be fixed on my vehicle completed before getting other people involved due to the vehicle being sold to me illegally.Regards,*** ***

Phone response from Charles - I called her and then met, offered her the money back, she didn't take it, but instead purchased a different vehicle

We had a day warranty on what they said was the transmission and engine there were 142,miles on it at time of purchase we paid a total of including tax for this vehicle but the day we drove off we got to our
house and the car wouldn't restart the battery was completely dead they had charged it and left it running for us when we came to pick it up since the purchase we've had to replace the battery, motor mount, the oil change light was on which we noticed after changing the battery so we had to do that we are going this weekend to get the power steering pump and or belt replaced due to the power steering fluid reservoir being full but obviously not pumping through it whines and there is a clicking when turning right which the car is a front wheel drive so I'm going to have to replace the CV joints as well the car was purchased on 3/and we picked up the car on 3/9/I understand it is a used vehicle but I believe due to the lemon laws if I'm not mistaking the vehicle should not have been sold having these many issues I love the car don't get me wrong we wanted a freestyle and we're happy when we finally had found one in our price range but I at least want the money back I had to put into the repairs that should have been done before it was sold I have the paperwork from the cars protection plus through them as well I just can't believe I had put my trust in these people who even had the nerve to say that they understand we need a reliable vehicle and they wouldn't do us wrong because we have kids so I believed that which obviously was wrong of me to believe that there are still good people in the world who wouldn't sell me a vehicle that had this many problems in such little time

Rick called with this response - We replaced wheel bearings, and the ABS light came on. I explained it had to cycle in order to reset ( drive approximately 2 tanks worth of gas).  She then brought it back to us, and we went ahead and ordered new sensors (about 6 weeks ago) that we were going to...

put in. She said she was going away, so I asked her to let me know when she was back, and we would put the sensors in. I have not heard anything from her until I received the Revdex.com complaint. I still have the sensors here, she never gave us a chance to resolve her issue.
