C&S Management has failed to make repairs caused by a leak from the unto above mine.
I have water damage in my unit from 2 leaks from the unit above mine occurring in August 2012. I was told they were waiting for the owner in the unit above mine to move out. She moved out in July and repairs were never made. There was another leak from the unit 2 units above mine several weeks ago which caused more extensive damage to my unit. I was told that repairs would be made the week of Sept. 23rd. The repairs were never made. C&S makes continuous excuses and when the repair guy showed up today, he told my tenant, "Yup, it's bigger, see you next month". I have emailed the owner of C&S on multiple occasions requesting he call me to resolve and he never calls me back.
