Review: C & S Home Improvement/[redacted] was paid to plaster the kick plate on bottom of two steps; plaster the side of the back steps wall and three back steps that are cracked; make the bottom landing level with the rest of the sidewalk; and raise the upper back gutter and clean all gutters.
The cement plaster work started to crack and break off within two weeks of the work being completed. The gutters were not put back properly into place and secured properly leaving them hanging slightly. Attachments for the gutters were broken and not repaired.
During an initial phone call with [redacted], the owner of the company, I told him about the problem with the cement and told him I wanted it repaired when the weather was warmer since the work was done during the winter after he said it would not be a problem and that there was a certain type of cement he would used to alleviate the cracking problem. Subsequent calls went unanswered and the call was directed to voice mail that was full.Desired Settlement: I want the service that I paid handsomely for to be properly done. Cement work that two weeks later is cracking and falling off is an indication of inferior work and products.
