Review: I took my daughter over to cs [redacted] in monaca, pa. I gave Mr. [redacted] $100.00 to join her on a Monday in april around 8:10pm in the evening. You have 3 business days on any kind of contract. On Thursday morning I called to Mr. [redacted], he was not in, so I left a message. I also found out I had some health issues, and I have no insurance. I called back later that day and Mr. [redacted] said to me " Master [redacted] won't let him refund my money", I explained everything to him and he said no. I called him several times and he never returned my phone call. I wrote a letter to master [redacted], he wrote back to me saying " I will talk with Mr. [redacted] and take care of this situation, that was on April 29 2013. I have sent several letters and left messages and also e-mails, nothing back. I called Master [redacted] today and whoever answered the phone told me that I have to take this up with Mr. [redacted], left 2 messages today July 30, 2013 no call back. I am getting the run around. Master [redacted] should refund my money his name is on the business. I also, who ever answered today at Master [redacted]'s said Mr. [redacted], said I called to late, that is a bunch of bull - have him pull his phone records, I called early that Thursday morning, all I want is my $100.00 that is due me. I think Master [redacted] is also at fault the business carries his name - he should do the right thing. Please help me get my money back.Desired Settlement: I want Mr. [redacted] and Master [redacted] to send me my full refund of $100.00. I don't care which one it comes from, but the studio's have c.s. kim on them. This is very bad business practice, I have told all of my friends. I just wonder if I was a man, would I have to go through all of this crap to get my money back.
