This company does not provide optional mode of payment beside cash.
I was park on a curve in front of my house in Mill Center Drive and I confronted a towing truck driver from C & S Towing of Pikesville, MD before he hook my car for towing. He pulled his chain from his truck in front of me and wouldn't give me time to just move the car. Instead of hearing my concerns, he dropped to the ground and hook his towing chain under my car...Make a long story short, he would not unhook my car unless I paid him $ 150.00 for a drop off fee...And, since I did not have the cash...I offered to give a check, or a credit card He, the driver refused and said that this is a cash only transaction. He impounded the car and took it to his depot. To my amazement, when I called the depot, they wouldn't take a credit card, or a check either. I was informed that to get the car I have to bring $240.00 cash.

While I am concern about the personality of the driver, and the staff of that business...the rudeness, the lack of empathy, etc..; however, I am mostly concern about the legality of their cash only policy.
