I did go back after this complaint was filed and cleaned up To my knowledge, this issue is resolved

They are liars at C&S Tree Service They never came back to clean up the mess they made! The tire ruts they made in my back yard are still there! You want to
see them? I also paid someone to wash the mud that was splattered all over the back of the house I have a receipt, and he is willing to testify at small claims court, and I have pictures of the ruts (still there) and of the mud on my house I will settle for $out of court soon so I can buy the dirt for the ruts or I will ask for all costs of $in court I've checked and was told court will cost $211, which I will have to pay for first and then be reimbursed by them Also, I had been waiting for their response and now I got it! I'll be waiting a week or so for the $check before I file.*** ***

Contractor entered my property without permission and caused physical damage to property. Refused to supply insurance/bond, and refuses to repair damage.
On X-XX-XX @ 630 pm I arrived home to find that C&S Tree service had entered my property without permission, and did significant damge to my lawn. The contractor used my property to remove tree limbs cut from my neighbors property and in doing so destroyed my lawn. It appeared to be caused by the logs pulled across the wet yard creating a 4-6in deep x 3in wide rut nearly 80ft long. Neither my neighbor or myself was informed of the damage. I contacted the owner of the company ([redacted]) about the damage and demanded an explaination. My request was met with rude/fowl language and a refusal to repair the damage. I requested a license and proof of bonding, his reply was that he would not supply the info and then he hung up. I will be filing trespass [redacted] property damage charges.
