My name is [redacted] and I am the VP of Consumer Acquisition at C Space First, apologies that this is such a delayed response to this complaint – we never received the original complaint and found this one only by happenstance We are now updated with a new email address in the Revdex.com system and we have access to the login portal This complaint seems to be that the consumer did not receive the last few incentives that she earned as part of participating in a project with C Space that wrapped up last year We always send the gift codes directly to the consumer if they didn’t get them within the project at their request My only assumption is that this consumer asked for the gift codes, but for some reason didn’t receive them when we sent them to her I just resent the gift codes to this consumer that she earned throughout the project and asked her to confirm receipt of them so we know that this issue is resolvedThank you for your patience with this It is C Space’s expectation that this issue is now resolved and the consumer is content with the resolutionRespectfully, [redacted] VP, Consumer Acquisition C Space

There seems to have been an unfortunate misunderstanding between this consumer and C Space concerning the termination of her participation in a couple of projects with C Space where she earned incentives for her participation throughout the projects. According to the member agreement that she... signed as a condition of participating in these C Space projects, participation can be terminated at any time for any reason. Most often the reason is that the project either ends naturally, or C Space needs to invite new consumers to bring new voices and perspectives in to the project work. Under no circumstance does C Space terminate participation due to productive and respectful opinions being provided by consumers, though occasionally we do need to terminate participation due to disrespectful or inflammatory expressions shared by a consumer within the project. In this case, we simply needed to bring in new voices to these projects, and therefore we ended this consumer’s participation in them. Upon the completion of her participation, we sent all of the gift codes that she earned on October 4th, 2017 via email to the consumer, but she regretfully did not receive them. Upon learning via the BBB complaint that she felt wronged and did not receive the gift codes from C Space, we resent her all of the gift codes again on November, 13th 2017. C Space expects that this misunderstanding has been rectified and the consumer is content with the resolution. Respectfully, [redacted] VP, Consumer Acquisition C Space
