On Feb 18th I purchased a firearm from this company. I was under the impression that the item would ship within 2 business days. When I called two days later on my order, it was stated to me that the item could take 10 to 15 days to ship. I was then pointe out where that was located which was in very fine print on their web site. I said that was totally unacceptable since I only live 2 states away. I then asked to cancel my order, the customer service person said ok since it had not shipped or was nowhere near being shipped. I later on get a email from their sales dept. stating that they would not give me a refund due to sales being final. I called her back and she rudely gave me to whole youre not getting you money back...you can cancel but we will have to charge you a restocking fee. I later spoke to a manager and got the same response. I have never purchased an item or good every that you cannot cancel an order that has not shipped yet.
