Promised supports calls back to me since Feb. 2013 and I have not gotten solution to problems yet. Keep saying they refer on and someone will call.
I purchased a support package with [redacted] software. However, now that I need support I get none. [redacted] has had my data since February, yes I said 7 months ago and when I call to check they keep saying they are working on it and have to refer my case on and someone will call me. Guess what? Nobody ever calls. Hard to run a business without your data. Disappointing to pay for very costly support program yet get no real support. I just want them to help with my program not promise call back and then not deliver.
