I did call the company the day after and the manager said the yellowing was due to an a product I had used priorI was out of town on the day they called and answering machine was off

I took my car to CV autoworks in ellensburg wa. Twice within two weeks to get my car fixed the first time I had to get my water pump fixed which requires the motor being jacked up under the oil pan the correct measures werent taken to protect the oil pan because it had ended up very badly dented which caused a lot of problem in turn I have to pay several hundred dollars to get my oil pan replaced...the second time I had brought my car in was the very first time I drove it aside from home from the shop which I was very close to since I had just gotten it fixed a week n a half before.the heater core they said went out and I taken it right in within 10 mins of driving it blew an about 20 mins later it was at the shop they fixed it I came in to get it an my dash was not put back right and there were some small things out of place n my dash now still rattles n so does something else ..so anyways me n my friend look under my car an the oil pan is messed up as I said which wasn't messed up before I had taken it there the first time ..no one drove my car but myself n it was like I already mentioned an I know for a fact I did not mess up my oil pan when I had drivin it home after the first time and the day I took it in the second time. I am very cautious with the way I drive ...the guys there were decently nice but when I went to check on my car most times they were standing around an would look at us but left us waiting several minutes while they talked before we got assistance and when I asked one to explain to me what all they had to do with the car the second time cause they had my seat completely out the guy didn't really explain anything and was not very helpful at all.

I paid $600.00 for service that was never done to my car. See full complaint added in details.
