Review: Company agreed to provide painting services in inside of house in the basement in conjunction with a contract for other services they provided such as deck replacement, fence replacement and staining.Desired Settlement: Either come finish the job or provide the cost of hiring an outside painter to complete this request.

Review: I contracted to have trees taken down. I was quoted a price to remove the debris from my property or to have it moved to the back edge of my property. I said to move it to the back of my property. Before I signed the contract the [redacted], came over to me and his wife who was filling out the contract, [redacted], to say he wanted the wood because it was oak and seasoned. [redacted] added to the contract "will return to pick up wood", I signed the contract. After cutting the trees down they asked if they could leave their trailer in front of my house since they'd be back in the morning to remove the wood, this wood be Monday morning. When I returned from work on Monday the trailer was gone but the trees/wood remained in my yard. I called and got their answering machine and left a message......no call back. The next day when I got home from work the wood was still in my yard so I called again. Again I left a message although it wasn't as nice. I was going to cancel my check but it cleared on Tuesday afternoon.Desired Settlement: I'd like the job finished or I'd like to receive my money back so I can pay someone to get this wood out of my yard. These were three tress that were 60-80 feet tall so this is a lot of debris in my yard.
