I went in to cancel the '5-year service plan' in June the first time, then in Sep. 8th. They filed paperwork for refund in a month but no action.
I was persuaded to purchase this "5 years service plan" along with my 2012 Prius c On April 2012. I was told I can cancel it anytime. The plan is $1760 and I have the doc for cancellation filed on Sep. 8th which is already my second time there to file this paperwork. the finance person's name is Sean. He promised this refund would take effect in a month. By Oct. 25th, I called the toyota finance center, they told me no paper work was filed to cancel the plan!!!
