C2 Moving and Packing

Very pleased,all worked quickly and did not waste time. Impressed with howthings were prepped all furniture and the care they used to move it. [redacted] seems very in charge of things.

USE C2 MOVING ONLY IF YOU WANT A MISERABLE EXPERIENCE

If I have one regret regarding my recent move, it would be choosing C2 Moving. I cannot believe that Angie's List and Revdex.com would support the "service" I received.

Let me begin with the fact that the movers arrived more than an hour later than scheduled. They were exhausted from the short turnaround time from a long distance move they had just completed and said as much. And it was apparent that even though they seemed nice enough at first, they were not up for the job.

Clearly, they must have no respect for their customers OR your employees. This was a bad plan and I have paid for their errors. Not only was I charged for the extra time that could have easily been shorter if the men were:

1. Ready for work.

2. Knew how to arrive to both destinations on time.

3. Park the truck in appropriate locations for easy loading and unloading. It took more than 25 minutes for them to try and part the truck at the destination. Which I ended up paying for this waste of time.

4. Carried more than one item at a time when not using the dolly.

Not only did it take longer to complete the move, my box spring arrived fitly dirty and I have a broken leg on my console table. "Open a claim with Charles" is all they had to say about these botched moves. And when I reported the issues, I was called a liar. Why would anyone lie about these things?!

After lengthy, polite negotiating with Vern, I still paid more than double what was quoted for this debacle. There are plenty of other movers in the valley. I will be sure to let everyone know that C2 Moving dirtied my previously spotless box spring, broke my table and charged me too much!

No resolutions were ever made by C2 Moving!

The movers were very professional. They arrived on time and finished expediently. They took much care with wrapping items and transporting! I would definetly recommend to others and use them again!

I have used c2 moving company on 4 separate occasions now. I guess that speaks for itself. Their service is excellent. They are professional movers who are everything a moving company should be : reliable, honest, hardworking, great value for money .I wouldn't use a different company . They have never let me down, never broken or damaged anything in the process of moving and cannot be beat on price.

Our movers were exceptional! From the time we were contacted about their arrival time, their careful moving of our belongings, their drive from Prescott to Scottsdale and setting up our storage unit, we were very pleased. We plan on using their services again in the future.
