C2C is on top of their game. As soon as we submit a file to C2C, within minutes we receive a confirmation, and within 45 minutes max, C2C has jumped on the file. Generally speaking, we will even hear back by the end of the day with some sort of progress report on the file.

In regards to their success rate, they generally successfully resolve 80 to 90 percent of the files we send to them.

Lastly, they love conducting their transactions through emails. This is huge for us as we have a large and very fast pace operation with very little time for dialog.

Rude hostel and foul language.
[redacted] has contacted us in regards to a collection issue. These calls have become erratic and rude. The name calling and use if foul language towards my administrative staff. Calling my staff on their personal cellphone during off business hours. Name calling to myself and asking my employees "why do you work for this guy". The professionalism this guy has shown is cause for a civil harassment complaint. I am in jeopardy of losing one of my main office staff due to the harassment.
