I had a 7 month membership at Massage Envy in Solana Beach. I gave notice to cancel my membership on October 2nd. I had 2 unused massages, totaling $120. I was told by the receptionist/ sales woman that I could use my 'unused' massages within the 30 days of cancellation which would have been by October 30. When I called to schedule my massage today I was told the unused massages had expired and there was no other way to retrieve these massages unless I signed up for another membership. I administrator was unable to reinstate the massages through the system, not would he refund me $120 nor would he give me a gift voucher.
