Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved provided that I am given the $as promised
Sincerely,
*** ***

On July ***, I personally spoke on the phone with *** *** to take his complaint and to request for him to return to the repair shopAs soon as I got off the phone with *** *** I personally went to ask the technician and the floor manager to get a better understanding of what had
transpired. I will start from the start, *** *** came to the shop for an AC Service which costs $and to have other issues checked outHe inquired about a diagnostic to see why the battery in his vehicle gets drained, why they vehicle won't pass inspection and for the A/C issueThe A/C service was done firstThe A/C machine connects to two valves while the system is checked for leaks and the freon goes into the systemThe vehicle's cooling components seen to all be working fine with the except of the climate control which the customer was verbally notified ofNo leak was coming up at this moment*** *** left with the vehicle and returned for a second timeThe vehicle was again checked for leaks and it turns out one of the valves the AC machine connects with was where the leak was coming fromThe reason why the leak was not detected the first time, was because it the machine was not able to detect the leakThe technician was able to visually detect it himself with a wa ter & soap solution he usedThis is why the second time *** *** came, the valve was replaced ($30)I want to make something clear though, to know if all components are fully functional the AC service is the first step but it's not the last*** *** has a Ford Explorer with varies problemsBeing that the vehicle is over years old, issues will start to arise at any given timeWith that said, the vehicle left the repair facility blowing cool air and *** *** was advised that if he had any issues he had days warranty on the AC serviceThe warranty is given because any unknown problems will most likely arise within that time frame (if any at all with the cooling system). The second issue, *** *** asked for his brake lights to be checked outLet me start off by saying that the trunk lock isn't fully functional*** *** had to climb into the vehicle himself and unlock the trunk door on his ownThe brake lights were checkedOnce found, *** *** was told it was going to be $to repair it (price included checking other things at the customer's request)He, in fact, stated he did not have sufficient funds if a discount could be offered which we did reduce it by $In addition, *** *** was notified to bring the vehicle on another day early in the morning to dedicate some time on checking why the SUV drains the battery and why it does not pass inspectionHe was explained that a proper diagnostic would take some time because electrical issues are not defined by a scan tool; it actually requires for the technician to thoroughly look at electrical diagrams and electrical lines that run throughout the carHe was also made aware tha t the reason why the vehicle was not passing inspection was due to possible electrical issues with the oxygen sensors (computerized diagnostic was done and was giving codes all oxygen sensors but needs to be checked in case if it was an electrical issue).Lastly, a lot of our technicians speak limited English, this is why a second tech approached *** *** to explain further the issues with the car (only with the purpose of translating)Finally, I just want to make clear that we are not in the business to steal or mislead our customersWe actually get a lot of referrals because we are one of the few repair shops that are honest with the customers, offer competitive prices and warranty on every job performed. I will offer *** *** a partial refund of $in good faith, please ask for Crystal. God Bless,C3R Mega Auto Diagnostic Inc

On 7/**/17, I went to this repair shop to fix my car ACThe mechanic stated that he would charge $to fix the ac (the receipt shows "ac service) However, less than minutes after the ac was fixed, the ac began blowing hot air after I left the shopI called the shop and told them that the ac was blowing hot air and they told me to bring the truck back When I brought it back, they checked the ac and claimed the valve was leaking and charged me an additional $The mechanic smiled and said the ac is good now! However, like before, around minutes later, the ac started blowing hot air againI called the shop a second time to report this issue and was told to bring in the vehicle againI told them it made no sense to bring in the vehicle for the 3rd time because they would only recharge the ac, collect additional cash as was done the first and second time but the ac would not work
AC repairs go through the process of checking the system for leak or defective partsTh
