I ordered a set of contact lenses from ExtremesFX and paid $90.60 for express shipping, which is overnight delivery. It has been over a week and I have not received my order. Customer service will not return my phone calls. Emails are eventually answered, but are rude and unhelpful. ExtremesFX will not take responsibility for my lost or mishandled order. I tried to contact ExtremesFX through their Facebook page, but they have now blocked me from sending messages. I have even contacted the USPS, but they have not updated their information since June 28th, so I can't tell where my order is. I am requesting a full refund of $90.60 since I did not receive my order.
