Desmond and his mother and his son chris are a fraud they don't have a license with nys dmv . Nys dmv revoke there license he have my car at his shop over nine months and the paint job they did is horrible he have a bunch of drug addicted people and so is him and his son they swindle your insurance company for money and they don't fix your car ask Idira Singh Narain at costal realty 1.she refurred us to him and when we told her about the situation with the car she said he is a drug addict and he lies and swindle the insurance company.

Review: My vehicle a 2006 BMW X3 was brought in the repair shop for repairs on October **, 2013. I spoke with two employees [redacted] and [redacted] who determined that I needed to pay $7000 to cover the repair for my car. I made an initial payment of $4000 on October [redacted] 2013 and another payment of $3000 on November *, 2013. However, after payments were made I have been having difficulty contacting these employees. In addition the repair on my car is not complete and when I was finally able to speck to [redacted] on November **, 2013 he informed me that the delays are as a result of the parts not being delivered from the dealer. However, when I contacted the dealer that he told me he was ordering from the dealer didn't have any parts ordered for my car.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund without any deductions for storage fees or charges deducted from my payment because these delays are not as a result of any negligence on my part. In addition I will have my car towed to another establishment. If repairs are completed I would like proof of the cost and location of any parts purchased and a complete list of the repairs if any that was done to my car.

Review: In October of 2013 I paid c&a eight hundred and fifty dollar to replace thetransmission in my mitschubishi automobile.[redacted] the worker I retained was unable to obtained the transmission within the thirty days that he told me that he would need to finish the job.so I took my car back on nov the [redacted] of 2013 and demanded that I be refunded my eight hundred and fifty back as of date they have not refunded my money.Desired Settlement: to have [redacted] of c&a refund me the eight hundred and fifty dollar that I paid him to fix my transmission that he was unable to do.

Review: on July *, 2015 I took my R-4 Toyota 2007 SUV for repairs because it was vandalized parked in the street at [redacted], I brought my car into C&A Collision Specialist , Inc. located at [redacted] telephone number [redacted]. My insurance company named [redacted] paid for the repairs on 07/**/2015 for the amount of $4,326.13 and until this date the company repairing my vehicle has not return my car. Currently I have been renting a vehicle from Hertz since 07/*/15 and I have been responsible of paying additional usage of the rented vehicle. I have proof of receipts of the payment that my insurance has made to C & A collision.I ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and hope to have my car as soon as possible because every time I call the body shop they have different excuses. Review: MY VEHICLE WAS BROUGHT TO REPAIR SHOP ON 11/**/14 AFTER IT HAD BEEN IN A COLLISION. IT IS NOW 7/*/15 ( 8 MONTHS LATER) ANF THE REAIRS ARE STILL FAR FROM BEING COMPLETED. THE REPAIR SHOP WAS PAID IN FULL ( $ 16,919.68 ) ON 11/**/14 BY [redacted] INSURANCE COMPANY. THE CHECK WAS MADE OUT TO REPAIR SHOP AND MYSELF. I HAVE NEVER SEEN CHECK UNTIL [redacted] SENT ME A COPY RECENTLY. THE REPAIR SHOP OWNER FORGED MY SIGNATURE AND CASHED THE CHECK. I HAVE BEEN RENTING ANOTHER VEHICLE FOR THE LAST EIGHT MONTHS WHICH HAS COST ME THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I HAVE BEEN MAKING FINANCE PAYMENTS ON THE VEHICLE IN REPAIR SHOP FOR 8 MONTHS WITHOUT HAVING USE OF VEHICLE. I AM CONCERNED REPAIR SHOP IS USING USED PARTS AND WELDING DAMAGED PARTS TOGETHER INSTEAD OF PURCHASING NEW PARTS THAT THEY HAVE BEEN PAID TO DO. THE SHOP OWNER DOES NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS AND I HAVE HAD TO GET MY FATHER INVOLVED WHO LIVES IN CALIFORNIA. HE HAS MADE SEVERAL TRIPS TO THE REPAIR SHOP BUT THEY CONTINUE TO LIE TO HIM ABOUT WHEN THE VEHICLE WILL BE REPAIRED. I HAVE RECENTLY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH DMV AND WILL NOW BE CONTACTING A LAWYER AS WELL.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE REPAIR SHOP TO FINISH THE JOB IMMEDIATELY. I WOULD LIKE MY VEHICLE INSPECTED BY AN AUTHORIZED PARTY TO INSURE IT HAS BEEN PROPERLY REPAIRED AND SAFE TO OPERATE. I WOULD LIKE THE REPAIR SHOP BOOKS AND RECORDS AUDITED TO PROVE THAT NEW PARTS WERE PURCHASED AND USED TO REPAIR MY VEHICLE.
