C&A Design

Ive purchased several items from C&A Design and paid for these items and have not received them. The items were purchased in April, I gave them multiple chances after hearing excuse after excuse, such as "we are waiting on more vinyl" or "our computers broken". Again on Nov 6 2013 [redacted] the owner stated he would make the stickers and refund the other items. He did not. Since then, he has deleted me from a facebook group he runs that has over 4000 members that he is actively scamming. I have detailed accounts of [redacted] saying he will refund me and he now is ignoring me and others.
