Review: This builder is trying to collect $100,001.00 over his signed contract amount with no change orders done. We were not in informed of this huge overage until we were preparing to close our loan. He has misappropriated construction loan funds, lied repeatedly, and has not even completed the house as of yet after an entire year. This builder is as dishonest as they come and should never built another house for anyone. We are one of many, PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS MAN. I never dreamed I would be in the position this builder has put me in.Desired Settlement: Sign off and slink away slimeball.

Review: Where do you start with such a horrible place. We had to have our hardwood floors re done and he was referred to us from family. So we thought that he would do a good job. Instead he couldnt have done much worse. He promised that he would have it done by Thanksgiving and the night before he only had our sunroom completed. He then made many excuses on why this is that and that is . He never communicated with us and after what he thought was completed was requesting to get paid. While the work was being done they put Knicks in the wall and in our molding . He was suppose to be back to fix it and never did. He needed to turn out water back on in the refrigerator and scratched the floor that they just replaced. This went on until last week Mid February. At the end of it all he just wanted to get paid and didnt care what type of work he did or didnt do. He got paid alright after we took out all of the money to fix up the work that he messed up. The worst experience ever . We have more work for him to do as well but I dont want him ever near my house. I have told everyone in the small community that we live how bad it is dealing with him and his horrible work. I really dont think he has a clue on what he is really doing. Too bad...Desired Settlement: We are more in likely going to take legal action but nothing for you to deal with. I just wanted you to be aware of this company and [redacted] antics...
