Review: I hired Weber Insurance Agency for my business and personal insurance policies and after beginning with them I began to notice a pattern of "mandatory increases", as I was told and always with very short notice to get it "signed up and run a check" to them to keep my insurance current. This was a combination of [redacted] (Commercial Staff Vice President), and [redacted] (Account Executive). My GM, [redacted] came to me and asked how this pattern could keep happening with Weber. I requested an explanation on several occasions to both **. [redacted], and **. [redacted]. **. [redacted], is **. [redacted] supervisor explained, "[redacted]y has a small stake in the company, I can't help what he's doing." Shocked by this I asked to have another company representative as a manager of our account. Again, I was told this cant happen by **. [redacted]. Given the insurance policy involvement both business and personal, it is very difficult, and time consuming to change insurance companies as a whole, so I made one additional request to speak directly to the owner **. [redacted]. [redacted] then informs me, "[redacted] got himself in a little trouble. One of the girls said he called her in late about a claim and was drinking and I guess made a pass at her, so he isn't going to get involved with this" At this point, I had enough and felt I exhausted ever way reasonable to resolve the issue of being poorly managed and under additional advisement, made the choice to move on. The company I am now working with he been very good and professional to deal with. No childish office dramatics or constant misdirection. Here it is time for a renewal with my new insurance company and today I get the attached email stating that Weber Insurance has refused to supply my company, whom they are competitors, with information needed to receive a lower premium. I was quoted $5,000 for an Umbrella Policy, and now it is $6,824.66, siting not getting the information from Weber as cause. At this moment Weber has still not cooperated??Desired Settlement: I want the information sent through to my insurance company, to receive the rate previously quoted, or Weber to reimburse me the $1824.66 they are causing me with their stalling of cooperation.

I am rejecting this response because:

[redacted] and [redacted] played good cop bad cop stalling our timing and additionally causing [redacted] delays to be able to respond accordingly. The increases are to be expected. Not at the last moment to create pressure on the customer to respond without consideration. My wife [redacted] has been encouraged to work at Weber Insurance which shares the very same front door as Weber Insurance. There has been no police involvement with Weber Insurance and the accusation is reprehensible. Further, the management at SEK stated to my attorney and myself, that the only complaints they ever see come from Weber Insurance. This is in response to [redacted] claiming my accountants office had a "problem" with me. Completely false and irresponsible. Weber Insurance should gain membership activity with the Revdex.com to conduct business on a more level playing ground.
