Review: I purchased six "water tight" containers from them and stored food in five of them and ammo in one container. We had a flood and all of the watertight containers filled up with water.

All the food and ammo was ruined.Desired Settlement: I want the cost of the containers and shipping refunded and credit for the food and ammo.

I can not figure out how to answer you in your files but wanted to let you know that the company Cabela's has sent me a check for the refund of the cost of the storage containers minus the shipping and nothing for the contents. This is not acceptable to me.

Review: On 12/29/12 I placed an order on a back ordered item that was said to be ready to ship by 1/15/13, I then received another email that said the product would be ready 1/25/13 due to high demand. I then received another email saying that the product would be ready 2/28/13 again due to high demand. I then received another email saying that I needed to contact them if I wanted to keep the order or cancel it, after emailing them to let them know that I still wanted the product regardless of the time wait they replied by telling me that they already canceled the order claiming that they feel it is best for the situation due to high demand and low inventory. however the price of similar products has increased rapidly and now I would be unable to buy this product at this price.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive the items I originally ordered or get a similar item in the same quantity for the same price I paid before.
