I contacted & had my cabinet manufacturer`s representative contact (which he did) Mrs [redacted] by phone & met with her & the cabinet manufacturer`s representative at Mrs***`s homeThe representative found no issues with Mrs [redacted] cabinetry, doors & color matchThere are no issues that need to be addressedI can get the cabinet manufacturer`s report if you wantThe cabinet in question had a small fissure which was repaired (Sometimes cabinets come with small dings or dents, we field repaired to more than an acceptable level) The ONE warped door was replaced & since the stain color was off, we had it custom color matched & if you did not know it was a replacement door, you could not tell (Yes, this is in the representative`s report)The toe kick matches at more than acceptable & the shades off that Mrs [redacted] claims does not existThere are no other warped doorsHardware was not installed by my cabinet installer because Mrs [redacted] changed her mind & did not have the handles when he was there twiceThe kitchen is gorgeous, please ask her to forward you photosI emailed her three times & did not receive a response in trying to resolve this issueI can forward you these emails if you would likeMrs [redacted] did say she did not receivefunny she received & responded to other emails before the complaintsWhat is the next step? Review: Cracked lazy Susan cabinet - The cabinet was glued, clamped and screwed to put it back together. The cabinet was then sanded, touched up and spray lacquer was used to hide the cracks. The dealer hid damage and onsite repair from us. We noticed the field repair while cleaning. Uncertain if this damaged cabinet will hold up under regular use.

Stain Mismatch:

- Received a badly warped cabinet door - Replacement door was field stained to match cabinets. The field stain does not match manufacturer's stain.

- Toe kick base molding does not match (3+ shades lighter).

- Second warped door (sits next to the first warped door). Dealer hid finding from us and is unwilling to discuss.

- Refused to install hardware.Desired Settlement: Gus B, owner of Cabinet Artistry, openly admits that there are issues with the new cabinets, but has stated that he is unwilling to do anything to rectify these issues. He simply stated that we will have to accept the mismatched and damaged cabinets as is.

We are facing the following additional out of pocket costs:

- Refinishing of existing cabinet door and base molding to match the existing cabinet stain color.

- Additional costs associated with future repairs to the damaged Lazy Susan cabinet.

- Warped door - We will have to seek an out of pocket replacement.
