Buyers be aware that the custom paint color you request may cost you up to 25% of the entire invoice for your cabinets. I had the hardest time with cabinet pro supply in this regard. All I wanted was for a stock Sherwin William color to be at 125% to get it just perfect and was told it would cost me $2500, 25% of my total invoice. Instead of working with me on the price for painting the cabinets after I offered to pay a fee that was not 25% of the total cost of the actual cabinets, the owner, Ron York, refunded my deposit and cancelled the job.Very frustrating to find this out after spending all the time on design. Awful experience. If zero stars were an option, I would choose that.

First you should know that this person is not a customer but just received an estimate that she felt was too high. She wanted some custom color only she can see in her head, and want's us to make it for her at no charge, ship the cabinets out and hope she approves. Part of our responsibility as cabinet experts is protecting the customer from themselves. Regardless of how smart they may feel they are, we are the ones that know cabinets and the manufacturers we work with. After spending weeks trying to explain things to this lady, We finally realized there wasn't going be any getting through to her and made the decision to let her take her business elsewhere. We don't like turning down business and take it very seriously, we wasted a lot of time on this woman's kitchen design which we did for free. She really has no right to be trolling us on the internet, since she really has no idea about our products and services because she never used them. Unfortunately people are free to do as they please without worrying about the effect it has on others, and so she starts off her nasty review with Buyer Beware like we ripped her off or something, when we never took a penny of her money.

This customer was asked repeatedly to go choose any standard color from a Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams paint store, to take advantage of the manufacturers free paint promotion. She couldn't do this and needed her color to be modified. The manufacturer charges extra for this and will not give you the promotion at all. We have no control over this, they set their own pricing. We did not cancel anything as she was still in the design, and quoting process and not settled on a finish, so there was nothing to cancel. She was very agitated that the manufacturer wouldn't change their policy for her order, so I refunded her the 500.00 non-refundable design deposit, and wished her luck on her project. We did all her design work for free, so she can give it to whomever she decides to work with. So her time was not wasted.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Cabinet Pro-

supply and working with [redacted]. His prices were amazing compared to local kitchen stores and he was more engaged and responsive then anyone we spoke to locally. We were initially hesitant to work with him remotely but I'm so thrilled we decided to move forward. He has made our experience such a positive one.
