Review: Dear Sirs, My issue here is when I started talking with [redacted],the property Manager\SALES Lead at Paramount Apartments on January 17, 2015 and I asked her directly about the garage parking with this apartment lease. She replied with we have a brand new garage across the street and that there would be no issue with parking and the cost would be 250.00 dollars a month, which I agreed to pay. I stressed how important this subject was to me and she put me at ease with her demeanor and reply. Well she kept saying it was just a couple more days and it would be open and now I am in a lease with no parking garage and they keep delaying. Now on February 8, 2015 I get word they have to get city approval and more delays. I have already been tow once in the temporay outside lot and caused major inconvenience and injury going to my car. I ask for any help I can get this matter.Thank you,[redacted]Desired Settlement: I know they have other apartment properties in the city, I would like to be re-settled at another completed property at like price or less. Or released from 12-month lease with no penalty paid.
